Practice and Qualifying Under Intense Heat in Puerto Rico

The seventh and final round of the Campeonato Misionero de Karting y Superkart commenced at the Kartódromo Carlos Albisser in Puerto Rico, drawing an entry of 91 drivers under intense heat. Governed by the Federación de Motociclismo, Motocross, Cuatriciclos, Enduro y Karting de Misiones (FMMCEyK), the dirt-circuit finale saw competitors run practice before contesting qualifying across eight classes, establishing the starting positions ahead of Sunday's heats and finals.

Title Contests Narrow in Máster and Junior Classes

Championship battles remain unresolved in only two divisions heading into the final day of action. In the Máster class, Nazareno Da Cruz secured pole position to shave a single point off the advantage held by local driver Franco Stockmans, who qualified second, leaving the pair separated by six points in the title fight. Junior qualifying saw Campo Grande driver Luccio Sartori claim pole to close within three points of second-placed qualifier Fabricio Sosa of Apóstoles, while Giancarlo Ríos Gottschalk and Ismael Lorenzo Delgado retained their mathematical title chances by qualifying seventh and fourth, respectively.

Newly Crowned Champions Pace Settled Categories

Across the settled divisions, newly crowned champions led the order. Valentino Barchuk celebrated his maiden Copa Lüsqtoff championship by securing pole in a 14-kart field divided into Groups A and B, qualifying ahead of confirmed series runner-up Cristobal Maldonado in second and Felipe Olivera in third, with Ayrton Sartori fastest in Group B. Local racer Matías Prestes sealed pole in the Estándar category as champion, outpacing Tomás Horeyco and third-placed Mairú Herrera, who are contesting the runner-up spot. Senior champion Fabio Malander earned pole ahead of local driver Mauricio Reiser and Santiago Tur, while tenth-placed Franco Finke confirmed the runner-up position before switching to Superkart, where he celebrated his first title by taking pole in a five-kart field.

Runner-Up Battles Decided Across 110cc and Veteranos

Contests for second in the standings defined the remaining classes. In the 110cc division, Henri Gruss—also referenced as Heri Gruss—captured pole to move level on points with third-placed qualifier Tizziano Stanganelli in their fight for runner-up honors, with Mariano Krzyszycha second and champion Paulo Weremczuk fourth. In Veteranos, Rony Metner achieved his first career pole position, heading runner-up hopeful Juan Carlos Bogado in second, Sebastián Sartori in third, and fourth-placed Oscar Herrera, the newly confirmed class champion.

Sunday Timetable and Streaming Schedule

Track activity resumes Sunday following an 8:30 pre-technical inspection, with qualifying heats getting underway at 8:45 across distances of five and six laps. Final races begin at 12:30, ranging from eight laps for each Copa Lüsqtoff group to a 14-lap contest for Máster 150cc, though final lap lengths remain subject to modification depending on entry numbers per category. The action will be streamed on the Mundo Motor Misiones YouTube channel, culminating in the round-seven trophy presentation and the champions' coronation ceremony.
