Season Finale at Puerto Rico
The Campeonato Misionero de Karting y Superkart concludes its 2026 season with the Gran Premio Coronación at the Kartódromo Carlos Albisser in Puerto Rico, drawing a gathering of nearly 100 drivers. Overseen by the Federación de Motociclismo, Motocross, Cuatriciclos, Enduro y Karting de Misiones (FMMCEyK), the seventh and final round serves as the decider for the championship year, highlighted by two unresolved class battles where competitors will settle titles directly on the dirt circuit.
Championship Battles in Máster and Junior
Championship permutations center on the Máster and Junior divisions, which are the only two classes still to crown their titleholders, with 41 points remaining available across the weekend. In the Máster category, local racer Franco Stockmans holds the advantage with 249 points, defending a seven-point lead over Posadas driver Nazareno Da Cruz on 242. The Junior division features a tighter four-way contest headed by Luccio Sartori of Campo Grande on 169 points. Fabricio Sosa from Apóstoles sits only two points behind on 167, followed by Giancarlo Ríos Gottschalk in third with 162 points and Ismael Lorenzo Delgado fourth with 153. Across the remaining categories, earlier results have already secured the champions, shifting competitive focus toward deciding the runners-up and third-place podium finishers.
